IN VALLEJO, where Eisner currently works, the residents have a petition to get rid of him!!! They say Risner is corrupt, and he has to go  if there is any chance for actual change in their city of Vallejo.

Risner was  arrested for spousal battery in 1996 based on a complaint file by the one of his SIX previous wives.

Risner’s background makes it clear that he is unfit to serve as Chief Assistant City Attorney. Did Attorney Gates even check this guy out? He’s requesting approval to hire Risner at the August 1 HB City Council meeting.
